| Return Policy & Warranty Return Policy: Fleet West Transferable Truck Bodies (“FWTTB”) will only accept new and unused products for refund. Product must be returned at customer’s expense within 15 days of delivery to our facility in Phoenix, AZ. Some products maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee. Warranty: Product warranty is obtained by contacting the manufacturer warranty department directly. Contact information is included with the owner’s manual. FWTTB warranties only the original installation to the vehicle (if service was performed by FWTTB). FWTTB can provide minor warranty service only if pre-approved by the manufacturer.
